The EcoVadis audit standards are based on 21 standards including ISO 26000 Corporate Social Responsibility Management System and Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), covering four main themes: environment, labor practices and human rights, business ethics, and sustainable procurement. Examples of audit criteria include energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, health and safety, working conditions, corruption and bribery.
EcoVadis evaluation method: three levels
EcoVadis believes that an effective corporate social responsibility management system consists of three key elements: policy, action, and results. Each element has a specific weight when evaluating the performance of each theme in the company. These core management levels are further divided into 7 management indicators: policy, public endorsement, measures, certification, coverage, performance feedback, and 360 ° observation results.
Report
The report information includes the quality, transparency, and level of key performance indicators (KPIs). These indicators should be within the scope of the company's evaluation, covering all operational locations, recent (reporting period within the past two years), and easily accessible to stakeholders (such as key performance indicators for total energy consumption (KWh) in the past two years)

EcoVadis Document Requirements
During the evidence-based evaluation process at EcoVadis, it is crucial to ensure that the submitted documents are relevant to the evaluation. In view of this, the documents you provide must meet the following requirements.
a. The document must be used in your company for practical purposes

• Each uploaded file cannot exceed 30MB.
e.Encryption
Please ensure that the uploaded file is not password protected and is not damaged.
d.Language
• English, French, Chinese, Spanish, German, and Japanese documents: accept scanned files as well as files presented in image form.
• All other language files: accept editable text format files (such as Microsoft Word or PDF). Images or scanned files cannot guarantee analysis.

You are not allowed to prepare documents specifically for EcoVadis rating, but should provide existing documents.

Example of Company Rating
By analyzing the weight of various audit contents and planning scores for different themes and levels reasonably, we can target and avoid difficulties, and achieve results that exceed the industry average. This is the importance of participating in the early diagnosis and planning of the factory inspection program.
The scoring range for each of the seven management indicators (policies, measures, etc.) is between 0-100, with a score of 25 points per level. The rating is based on multiple factors, including the percentage of compliance with relevant corporate social responsibility standards and the relative importance of each standard.
